Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Stock Sync Pro ("we", "us", or "our") services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Service Description
Stock Sync Pro provides inventory management software for e-commerce sellers, including:
- Multi-channel order synchronisation (Amazon, eBay)
- Real-time inventory tracking and management
- Low stock alerts and notifications
- Sales data exports and reporting
- Customer support and technical assistance
Subscription & Billing
Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial. After the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using our services.
Subscription Fees
Our Pro Plan costs £75 per month, billed monthly. Prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment Terms
- Payments are processed monthly in advance
- All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use our services only for lawful purposes
- Comply with Amazon and eBay terms of service
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or hack our services
- Not use our services to compete with us
- Notify us immediately of any security breaches
Data and API Access
Our service requires access to your Amazon and eBay seller accounts through official APIs. You authorise us to:
- Access and sync your order and inventory data
- Update inventory levels on your behalf
- Retrieve product and customer information as needed
You retain ownership of all your business data. We will not use your data for any purpose other than providing our services.
Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We aim for 99.9% availability and will notify users of scheduled maintenance.
Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Cancellation & Termination
By You
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
By Us
We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or other reasonable business reasons with notice.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by UK law. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Data loss or corruption (you should maintain backups)
- Third-party service interruptions (Amazon, eBay APIs)
- Actions taken based on our automated alerts or reports
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
